Research

General Research Area:

Our group's research activities at integrated Circuits and Systems (iCAS) Laboratory are generally focused on the theory, design, and implementation of Radio Frequency (RF) and Millimeter-Wave (MMW) Integrated Circuits and Systems primarily in CMOS technology for a wide array of applications including communication systems, wireless sensors, energy harvesting, radars, and power electronics.
