Ting Yang

Ting Yang received her B.Sc. degree in Biomedical Engineering from Shandong University of Science and Technology and her M.Sc. degree from Shandong University, Shandong, China in 2008 and 2011, respectively. Currently, she is a Ph.D. student in Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) and has been awarded a scholarship under the State Scholarship Fund to pursue her study in the University of Alberta as a Visiting Doctoral student. Her research interests include stability and performance of haptic interaction with discretely-simulated virtual soft tissue.
