Thomas Lehmann

Thomas Lehmann received the BSc degree in Medical Engineering in 2011 and the MSc degree in Biomedical Engineering in 2013, from the Hochschule Furtwangen University, Schwenningen, Germany. He is currently working towards the PhD degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada. His research is focused on robotics-assisted needle insertion, and needle deflection sensing and control. Thomas' research interests include medical robotics and sensor technologies.
