Prerequisite:

This is a graduate course. The students are expected to have a 
good background in signals and systems (especially, digital 
and filters, discrete Fourier transform). The graduate students
who have not taken ECE541 must take permission of the instructor
before registration. Undergraduate students with A/A+ grade in 
EE338 can register with permission of the instructor.

The students must know MATLAB, or should be willing to learn it.
