1. Make a directory in ~elliott/www552contrib with a name which indicates who you
are.
2. Put all the relavant files in this directory.
3. chmod 755 directory-name
4. cd directory-name
5. chmod 755 *
6. Send clay@gpu an email describing how you would like your stuff to look
on the home page.  Feel free to write your own blurb about what you are
providing help for.  
7. Start netscape and go to
http://www.ee.ualberta.ca/~elliott/ee552/tooldoc/new_documentation/directory-name
8. Check if all your links work.  If they don't, fix them or ask me.
9. I will put a link in the index.html when I get the time.  If you would like to
update it yourself, email clay@gpu and I will give you access.  I would like to
retain final editing rights but I am very flexible on this.
10. If you would like to use a different version for marking your CAD Tool
documentation, let Dr. Elliott know.  If everyone hands everything in at the last
minute, the page may be in some disorder.
