The software included in this directory allows user to send and receive a single character through the serial port using microblaze.


Before you start interfacing with the Virtix II Multimedia Board, ensure that the switch for the serial port are either in position of R1 on and R2 off or R1 off and R2 on.


serial.c has function for sending and receiving single character.

main.c contains a small sample program used to echo a character though the serial port.
