| This component of evaluation is based upon observations of the instruction team primarily noted during meetings. As the title indicates, the category is used to provide feedback with how well you and your team have progressed through the design and construction phases. A rubric is used to evaluate this component and consists of a portion that is based upon observations regarding the group as a whole (scheduling and tracking), and another portion related to you as an individual (meetings and preparations).
