Critical Design Review Presentation Materials
The Critical Design Review (CDR) Presentation Materials are the slides that your group will be using to communicate the proposed design of your project to your peers. These slides are typically created from the Design Proposal document, submitted as a separate item.

Please refer to the descriptions of the Critical Design Review Presentation and Design Proposal submission items to help determine the content of your presentation. Note: the presentations are quite short in duration and therefore time will be at a premium. It may not be possible to get into schematic-level detail of the design, particularly in light of the fact that other items are to be presented. Prioritization will be required.

Grading

In respect to evaluation of this submission, an evaluation rubric similar to the following will be used: CDR Presentation Slides Evaluation Rubric. Please ensure that you review this rubric prior to submission of the presentation slides.

Late submissions are penalized 25% per business day (or portion thereof) late.

Please note that even though a weight of 5% is attributed to these slides, the evaluation method for the Critical Design Review Presentation itself also includes evaluation criteria related to the quality of the slides.

Submission

Please submit an electronic copy of a PDF version of this item with four slides per page by using the EE Capstone Submission Facility by 4PM on the date noted in the syllabus. (Any member of a group may submit on behalf of their entire group.)

Since this is a group-evaluated item, all members are asked to complete the group evaluation by proceeding to Group Evaluation Resource. The evaluation system is open until just prior to midnight on the same date that the item is due.
