| The Final Presentation Materials are
the slides that your group will be using to communicate the
project details to your peers and an overview to others. These slides are typically
created from the Final Report, submitted as a separate
item.
Please provide these slides in a four- or six slide-per-page format PDF.
These handouts are duplicated and provided to the presentation evaluators
by the course instruction personnel.
Please refer to the descriptions of the Final Presentation and Demonstration
and the Final Report submission items to help determine the content of
your presentation. Time for the presentation will be at a premium. It may not be possible to get
into schematic-level detail of the design, particularly in light of the fact
that other items are to be presented. Prioritizing will be required.
Grading
In respect to evaluation of this submission item, the following evaluation rubric will be used: Final Presentation Slides Evaluation Rubric. Please ensure that you review this rubric prior to submission of the presentation slides. (This rubric is similar to that used to evaluate slides for the CDR Presentation in EE400.) Late submissions are penalized 50% per business day (or portion thereof) late. This penalty is more severe than normal since the slides submitted here need to duplicated and provided to the presentation evaluators - a late submission is difficult to accommodate. Please note that even though a weight of 5% is attributed to these slides, the evaluation method for the Final Presentation and Demonstration itself may also include evaluation criteria related to the quality of the slides. Submission Please electronically submit a PDF version of the slides (in a four- or six slides-per-page format) by using the EE Capstone Submission Facility by 4PM on the date noted in the EE401 Syllabus. Since this is a group-evaluated item, submission of "Group Work Evaluations" is also expected. To complete this evaluation, please proceed to the Group Evaluation Resource and select the appropriate evaluation item. Evaluations may be entered until just prior to midnight on the due date of the evaluation item itself. |
