Registration:

All people wishing to attend the conference must register in advance. Registrants will be provided with a name tag, free lunch and refreshments, drink vouchers for the social and a CD of extended abstracts.
For ECE graduate students, faculty and staff there is no cost for registration. For visitors, the registration fee is $20.

Participation Information:

• Extended Abstracts: For those abstracts selected for an oral presentation, we would request a two page extended abstract with one or two figures, which can be included on the CDs distributed on registration day.
• Travel Vouchers: Travel reimbursements for participants from other universities will be available in limited quantities.
• Social:Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day to all registrants. An evening social event will also be held following the conclusion of the formal programme.

Key Dates:

• Abstract Submission (400 to 600 words): extended to April 4, 2008
• Notification of Oral/Poster Presentation: April 11, 2008
• Extended Abstract Deadline (if awarded oral presentation, 2 pages max.): April 18, 2008
• Deadline to Register: April 25, 2008
• Conference: May 9, 2008
